My online experience is from 1998 approx 18 years Online Network and Promotion Marketing .

I could see the unrealized potential of the Network Marketing Industry way back in the 70,s 80,s and 90,s ,and became very involved as a new business, beta tester ,  author and review  writer for the industry . It wasn’t until the Internet went Live and Interactive in about 2001, that I had sleepless nights,visualizing the new possibilities. of the Income Industry as It should be .

The Problem has always, been lack of , a very good

back up support TRAINING program.

I found the answer, in 2010 when I joined Stephen Scott’s,

TBP     ,TEAM Building Project .

The system had to train and support the new Member, so it did not matter that a sponsor ,did not, and could not provide the required support .

Now with TBP ,The new world wide member,

could still do well without a supporting sponsor .

My Work history.
.Joined the RNZAF in New Zealand for 15 years ( 18 to 33.)

My first learning experience as a Team leader was as a team Head Sergeant,

Instrument fitter Hercules supervising , 5 highly trained Servicing crew Corporals,on our trip to Antarctica.

 And as for Team work , I along with 3 others, founded the  RNZAF ,Royal New Zealand Air force, Judo and self defense club in the Air Force base.at Woodbourne  Blenheim.

I worked in the people business. for 30 odd years , as an agent and  in Branch management.

Diploma qualified as a life under writer, in Medium and long term Financial Planning.

Set up and run my own 9 agent, Financial Brokerage Team , In Auckland.
Become involved in  all sorts of Direct Sales. to include , Motivation , Sales Training , Teaching ,Personal Development.

Business planning , and Network Team Management etc.

Sold Advertising , Bill Board , ( 2 Meter high 6ft ) Neon Lighting,to corporates, and Business generally ,

The high light being , from design to sale , of the  Sheraton hotel roof top Signage , in Auckland .

Advertising Manager in Print media , Launched COMP DATA , computer magazine for Industry.

A team of 5 of us , founded and set up the Tom Hopkins Sales Training Academy in Auckland .

Retired now , as an older dude, 2016, at 76, and after 4 years and a few heart health issues, like 4 heart attacks, and hospital , 2 heart stents and now fitted with ICD Pacemaker with a built in defibrillator,

It was over those  last 3 years basically  being flat on my back, I could do nothing but some reflective life thinking .The outcome , of this 3 years of thinking , ended up with  putting together the  detailed content of  this blog, website.

It had to become a  TOTAL BUSINESS PLAN .

I am now , back into doing what I love to do ,

to help build a Global Income Industry ,Network Team.

The Family .

I found my wonderful Wife Kyra , at 18 , Married at 21 ,

and reared 3 children. Craig , Chad and Natisha (Tish) All now in Australia.

This great woman of mine, has been the greatest supporting partner & gem of my life .

She is a gem , must be made of diamond, with the life hassles,

I’ve put her through,over the past 55 odd years .

All the kid s, the Family had moved to Australia ,Kyra and I moved over to the seaside holiday town of Batemans Bay, NSW , to retire , in 2006.

Relaxations, I have always loved the music , across all types .

I joined a group of Musicians , In the local community, with Geoff and Judy, together with about 9 others called  the Batemans Bay   The Sea Side Ukulele Orchestra.

Entertaining the locals at all sorts of venues , including rotating our group of members,now at about 15, weekly around the local 6 retirement homes .

One of my Passions though out my life is Personal Development ,

the ability for people to , improve their lot in life .

And boy have I seen some great changes for some people.
